Sadly, Because of the current ongoing Coronavirus situation, there a limited numbers allowed to attend the funeral, and as such we have had to make it private and for immediate family members only.  

It would be a fitting tribute if you please note the date and time, and maybe light a candle in Jacs honour and memory. She would have loved that.
